With the Covid-19 Mauritius data available (beSafeMoris) from 18Mar20 to 25Mar21, we can see that there has been a gradual increase of covid-19 cases from 3 to 864. After being covid-19 free for a while, from 5Mar21 to 25Mar21 we have had 233 (185 contact tracing, 35 in quarantine and 13 random testing and 20 recovered) local cases and Mauritius is in lockdown until 30Mar21 with 243 active cases in quarantine. Contact tracing is actively ongoing to stop the propagation of the virus.
